Pricing is provided upon request and may vary based on the type and quantity of items to be sharpened. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

5. Service Guarantee

We guarantee our work and will re-sharpen any item at no charge if you are not satisfied with the results within 30 days of service, provided the item has not been damaged or improperly used.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the sharpening service provided. We are not responsible for damage to items that are already damaged, worn beyond repair, or of poor quality.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and location information
  • Ensuring safe access to the service location
  • Identifying items for sharpening
  • Payment upon completion of service

8. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
